Project QA/QC ManagerA leading electrical contractor, is looking for a Project QA/QC Manager to lead quality and commissioning across multiple data center construction sites. You will grow through hands-on experience, collaboration with peers, and ongoing technical training, as part of a team that values quality, collaboration, and employee well-being.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality & Commissioning Program LeadershipManage the quality and commissioning (QA/CX) scopes across multiple data center sites.Streamline and standardize the QA/CX process across all assigned sites.Evaluate lessons learned from each site and apply them to improve performance on every project.Build and track site progress using a live schedule.Find ways to improve processes and deliver higher-quality installations.Standards, Compliance & TrainingReview specifications and installation procedures, and train staff to follow them.Set installation requirements and monitor complianceMake sure site obligations, guidelines, and client requirements are met.Oversee production to spot and correct any deviations from quality standards.Team LeadershipSupervise inspectors, technicians, electricians, and other staff, and make sure work follows established quality procedures.Provide guidance and direction to the quality team.Lead weekly and monthly team meetings.Client Communication & ReportingUnderstand client needs and requirements and communicate them clearly to quality and production teams.Keep communication open across all projects.Gather client feedback, attend meetings, submit reports, and support external auditors and inspectors.Prepare and present quality updates to senior management.Data & DocumentationCollect, compile, and analyze quality data to measure performance and identify trends.Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.Required QualificationsExperience and education (any one of the following): high school diploma with 6–8 years of relevant experience; associate degree with 4–6 years; or bachelor's degree with 0–2 years.Knowledge of electrical single-line diagrams.Ability to apply the National Electrical Code (NEC) to solve problems.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to build effective relationships with customers, general contractors, owners, and office staff.Ability to stay calm and productive under deadlines and outside pressure.Proactive and able to complete tasks on time.Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without employer sponsorship.
