What You'll Do
As our Residential Electrical Service Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department while helping both our employees and our business continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor residential service technicians
Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members
Manage daily scheduling and technician productivity
Monitor KPIs, revenue, and department performance
Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally
Lead weekly team meetings and technical development sessions
Manage inventory, fleet, and departmental budgets
Ensure safety standards and company processes are consistently followed
Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
5+ years of experience in residential electrical service
Previous experience leading service technicians or field operations
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software
Valid driver's license
