Blue Bear Total Home Services is growing, and we’re seeking a skilledElectrical Service Technician who blends technical expertise, strong leadership, and exceptional customer service.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a key leadership position within a well-established and expanding service company serving Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of residential electrical experience
Demonstrated success in presenting and selling services directly to homeowners
Current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Previous leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
Ability to identify opportunities for clients to improve their home electrical and low-voltage systems through product education and recommendations
Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records
Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
