Minimum Requirements
3 years electrical experience (unlicensed is okay)
Comfortable selling and installing residential electrical services
Strong communication skills and customer service
Ability to meet performance outcomes.
Professional appearance and behavior as a Brand Ambassador
Clean driving record
Class E license
Must be available Monday-Friday (Dispatch from Home)
Must attend Tuesday 7 AM in-office meeting
Willingness to work overtime when needed
What you will do:
Your mission is to deliver quality clean work on every job while following our proven systems and training. This is a hybrid role that requires both selling and installing, with a strong focus on customer experience and consistent performance.
Daily responsibilities include:
Completing one maintenance call per day.
Completing up to two service calls per day.
Follow all company processes and complete trainings.
Using the 90-minute checklist to guide every call.
Acting as a Brand Ambassador in the field.
Communicating clearly with customers and team members.
Staying until the job is completed when needed (overtime mindset).
Success in this role means delivering clean, code-compliant work while maintaining strong customer trust and consistent production.
