Job description
SUBSAFE Subject Matter ExpertYou will serve as a SUBSAFE subject matter expert for the Electrical Division.You will develop, review and improve work methods, procedures and task assignments.You will investigate equipment and systems and consult manufacturers' representatives and mechanics to collect information not readily available.You will hold meetings to inform personnel of changes in procedures, policies, or plans and ensure uniform application and interpretation.You will provide training feedback and review training materials to ensure the Shipyard maintains sufficient qualified and certified personnel for the Electrical Division.You will serve as a consultant to task groups that create, review, and modify SUBSAFE policies, procedures, and goals.
