Superintendent/ Responsibilities
Supervise electrical crews on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and enforce safety protocols across the construction site
Supervise subcontractors and helpers, providing guidance on best practices in construction management and site safety
Plan material labor to meet project schedule in advance
Journeyman/Apprentice Qualifications
Valid Journeyman electrician license with at least one year of relevant field experience is preferred; apprentices or helpers must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn
Familiarity with construction site safety standards including OSHA certifications
Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting using ohmmeters
