LocalelectricalcontractorseekingexperiencedCommercialElectricalSuperintendentstoleadprojectsinandaroundtheDecatur/Huntsville,ALarea.Weprovidethetools,support,andteamneededforyoutosucceedoneveryjob.
PositionSummary
Leadon-siteelectricalconstructionoperations,ensuringprojectsarecompletedsafely,onschedule,withinbudget,andtospecification.Actasprimaryfieldleaderandliaisonbetweenprojectmanagement,subcontractors,suppliers,andownerrepresentatives.
KeyResponsibilities
Supervisedailyfieldoperationsandcrews;enforcesafetyandqualitystandards.
Coordinateschedule,manpower,materialdeliveries,andequipmenttomeetprojectmilestones.
Readandinterpretelectricaldrawings,submittals,andspecifications;communicatechangestocrews.
Performspotchecks,qualitycontrolinspections,andpunch-listmanagement.
Communicatedailywithprojectmanagersregardingprogress,issues,andchangeorders.
Mentorandtrainforemenandfieldstaff;maintaincrewproductivityandmorale.
UseExcelandcompanymobiledevices(iPhone/iPad)forreporting,timekeeping,anddocumentation.
EnsurecompliancewithcompanysafetyprogramsandOSHArequirements.
Assistwithjobcloseout,as-builtdocumentation,andturnover.
Qualifications
10-15+yearselectrical/constructionexperiencepreferred.
Proventrackrecordasanelectricalsuperintendentoncommercialprojects.
Dependablewithastrongworkhistory;abletopassdrugscreening.
ProficientinMicrosoftExcel;comfortableusingiPhoneandiPadforfieldtasks.
Strongleadership,communication,andproblem-solvingskills.
Familiaritywithconstructionscheduling,subcontractorcoordination,andqualitycontrol.
