Electrical SupervisorGreensboro, NCTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Electrical Supervisors for projects located in or around Greensboro, NC. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical work activitiesEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable codes and standardsProvide leadership and guidance to electricians and apprenticesMonitor productivity and maintain quality workmanship throughout all phases of the projectPromote and enforce a strong safety culture on the job siteCoordinate manpower, materials, and project schedules to support successful project completionSupport daily project operations while maintaining communication with management and field personnelRequirements:Must have a GED or equivalentMust have at least 7 years of electrical experience for supervisory considerationMust have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of electrical installation practices, codes, and safety standardsMust possess leadership, communication, and organizational skillsMust be able to work effectively with electricians, apprentices, and project managementMust be able to pass a drug screen and background checkMust be willing to participate in a client interviewBe Safe from fraud!
