Electrical SupervisorSeeking an Electrical Supervisor to ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.DutiesInstall, maintain, and repair low-voltage systemsEnsure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulationsTrain and mentor junior electricians in best practicesAct as the interface between management and field workers.Setting up crews in the fieldJob planning and bidding in the officeMeeting with customersCore Requirements:Ability to efficiently design and layout electrical installations to code without plansProficiency in parts selection and ordering, including understanding lead timesFamiliarity with electric motors and their control systemsKnowledge of bid software such as Bluebeam, ConEst, SureBid, etc., is required.Experience in an office setting working on take-offs, pricing, job layouts, and bidding.The ideal candidate will be proactive, fair, balanced, and respected by the employees they oversee.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceRequirements:Driver's License (Required)Compensation is flexible based on ability and skill.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $148,000.00 per year
