Electrical TechnicianThe Electrical Technician will be located in the field at one of our project sites within the United States. The ideal candidate is a positive force on the jobsite, open to feedback, and hungry to learn.Activities/Responsibilities/Duties:Assists with the following:DC TrenchDC Feeder InstallMV TrenchMV Cable InstallCAB Transition ConduitMV Conduit InstallFiber InstallInverter DC TerminationTransformer/Sectionalizer MV TerminationDC SpliceMV SpliceMV Riser TerminationSCADA Equipment InstallCAB InstallCombiner Box InstallCombiner Box TerminationDC Wire InstallModule InstallationWire ManagementLabelingFiber TerminationLOTOIR ScanningSurvey/As-BuiltSkills/Abilities:Able to lift 50+ (?) pound materials, maneuvering them into their proper placesAble to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reachingAble to stand or walk for extended periods of timeAble to follow precise instruction and receive feedbackStrong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisorsExperience working on solar construction projects preferredThis position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits.This position may also include exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazardsEducation:GED or equivalent education preferredImportant Interview Policy: To ensure a focused conversation and protect the privacy of both our candidates and team members, the use of AI note-takers, recording devices, or real-time transcription software is strictly prohibited during this interview.
