Electrical Wiring AssemblerDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Electrical Wiring Assemblers for a leading industrial equipment supplier located in Owatonna, MN. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as an Electrical Wiring Assembler:Wire motors and units; run conduits; assist in wiring control panels and components as neededWire HVAC units according to job specifications, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality and personal safetyKeep Supervisor informed of problems, opportunities for improvement, questions, or comments, related to topics such as work flow, equipment, procedures/work methods, safety, and employeesRecommend changes where appropriateMaintain a high awareness of personal safety at all timesFollow Assembly, Materials, and Accounting record keeping practices by promptly and accurately logging pertinent informationMaintain equipment, tools, and work area in a neat and orderly fashionAssist in implementation of changes in methods or proceduresAccept other duties and responsibilities as assigned or when required by customer needsWhat You Need to Bring to the Electrical Wiring Assembler Role:High school graduate or equivalentSome electrical training is helpfulSome experience working with electrical wiring and diagramsExperience working with HVAC equipment is desirableGood electrical wiring skills and aptitudeAbility to readily learn how to follow electrical diagramsAbility to use these tools to work with wires, fittings, and connectors: crimpers, wire cutters, hand tools, multi-meter, conduit bendersThe company offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with paid vacation, short-term disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
