Job Description Job Description Kinsmen Electric is a growing electrical contracting company servicing residential and commercial customers in Somerset County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a skilled, reliable Electrical Foreman with at least 2-3 years field experience.
Key Roles:
Lead and supervise electrical technicians on job sites
Plan, organize, and direct daily work to keep projects on schedule
Oversee compliance with 2026 NEC standards
Excellent workmanship
Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and other trades
Mentor/trail junior technicians according to NEC and Kinsmen standards
Uphold professional, safety-first attitude on every jobsite
Required Skills:
Strong senior apprentice level technician skills
Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA and workmanship standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and technical diagrams
Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
Strong communication and problem solving skills
