Job description
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Electrician's Assistant will primarily support new multifamily residential electrical projects, working closely within small teams of 1 to 3 members. This role involves assisting trained electricians with basic electrical tasks while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The assistant is expected to complete assigned duties with a degree of independence, reporting progress through regular check-ins. Work is mostly stationary and does not typically require travel.
Responsibilities
Assist electricians on residential projects with various tasks
Perform basic electrical work under supervision
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Support team members with materials and tools
Follow safety procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in electrical work
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
Strong understanding of safety procedures
Ability to work effectively in a small team
Good problem-solving skills
Effective time management abilities
