Responsibilities
Interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications to execute work correctly.
Running conduit, pulling wire, installing panels, switchgear, lighting, receptacles, and other electrical components per drawings and specifications.
Diagnosing electrical faults, testing circuits, and repairing or replacing defective equipment and wiring.
Operating hand and power tools, testing equipment (multimeters, megohmmeters, etc.), and using materials efficiently to minimize waste.
Performing all work in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local jurisdiction requirements, without requiring constant supervision.
Following PPE requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and site-specific safety protocols.
Completing timesheets, material usage logs, and reporting progress or issues to the Foreman.
Requirements 4+ years of experience in electrical work
Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and availability to work on-site
Valid electrician license or certification (preferred )
