Job description
Electro-Mechanical AssemblerSeeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform assembly and subassembly of electronic and mechanical components, including cable harnesses, connectors, modules, and chassis assemblies. The role requires following drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to produce high-quality products in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies.Read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.Use hand tools, soldering equipment, volt meters, and basic test instruments.Perform soldering, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and rework as needed.Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.Maintain accurate production records and documentation.Follow established manufacturing processes and safety procedures.Required Skills:Experience in electro-mechanical or electronics assembly.Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.Proficiency with hand tools and soldering equipment.Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Experience with inspection, testing, and quality checks.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Work Environment:Manufacturing facility in San Diego, CA.2nd shift position with overtime and occasional Saturday work.Hands-on work involving assembly, soldering, testing, and inspection in a structured production environmentJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAN DIEGO, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
