Strong Electrical Assembler NeededAnjul, I need an Electrical assembler. Electrical assembly needs to be the primary skill. All of the previous candidates indicate they can do this work but, in reality, they admitted that was not entirely true. Angel and Danny Padilla are workable but still it is not their primary skill. I can up my pay rate to 40/45 per hour for the right guy. We are going to rigorously test their ability in the interview Can you look for a couple of candidates? John OldhamNeed: strong electrical assemblerKnowledge of Point to Point WiringKnowledge of Making Harnesses and cables Dsub, CPC, AMP, Harting Pins and socketsCan Read a basic wiring schematic (we will test for this)Can use a DMM to check point to point wiringBasic troubleshooting skillsAble to make Electrical Panels (Power and I/O)Can read and write English well4-7 years' experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environmentExperience in reading of electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsKnowledge of electrical color code and ac/dc wiring practices.High-quality workmanship (ownership and pride in work)Ability to use hand and power toolsImportant: Point to point wiring, Cable and harness wiring, Ability to read an electrical schematicExperience: Electro Mechanical Assembly: 3 years (Preferred) Mechanical Assembly: 3 years (Preferred)About Client: They specialize in:Mechanical designElectrical circuit designElectrical panel layoutCustom sheet metalSolidWorks modeling (SolidWorks, AutoCAD and OrCAD)Component Specifications and ProcurementMechanical & Electrical integration
