Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Assembler positions in Southington, CT. Perks:
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM | $ 21.50/hour
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM | $ 19.50/hour
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM | $ 19.00/hour

Responsibilities:
. Assemble parts and subcomponents on production lines according to established procedures and quality standards.
. Inspect products and identify, communicate, and report any quality issues or non-conformities.
. Follow safety policies, wear required PPE and maintain a clean and organized work area.
. Work efficiently to meet production rates while collaborating effectively with supervisors and team members.
Requirements:
. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and procedures.
. Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to accept feedback and learn new processes.
. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay Details: $19.50 to $21.50 per hour
