This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. Must be able to interpret electrical schematics with the assistance of electricians.Read, understand, and utilize engineering and manufacturing documents, including bill of material, assembly drawings, assembly work instructions, wiring schematics and diagrams.Ensure a high level of quality by completing required in-process quality checks and escalate non conformances to appropriate resources.Follow work order directions and safely produce the quantity of parts required and within the required specifications.Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.Complete and maintain all required documentation necessary in the operation.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Job RequirementsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalentAbility to read instructions, safely operate equipment and visually inspect parts produced.Frequent lifting, standing, and bending requiredAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassistedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSGood verbal and writing skillsAccuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a mustGood hand dexterity and grip strength.Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams preferred.One year of wiring experience preferred.Proficient use of hand and power tools required.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving ability.Well organized, detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task.Self-motivated, takes initiative, drives closure on open issues with minimal supervision.High personal integrity and ethics with uncompromising standards.Benefits401 (k) with company matchMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceDisability InsurancePTOSick TimeEmployee Appreciation TimePaid HolidaysTrystar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
