Job description
Schedule: 12-hour day shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Hourly Rate:
$33.67

Were seeking Electro-Mechanical Technicians who are passionate about troubleshooting equipment within a manufacturing environment. Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical machine failures by disassembly and inspection of components.
Accurately keeping maintenance records of critical and quality-related plant equipment.
Developing, documenting, and performing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment reliability. Generating out-of-tolerance reports, when required, for equipment found outside of acceptance criteria.
Performing precision maintenance tasks such as alignment checks, measurement of mechanical clearances, and balancing of rotating equipment.
Maintaining procedures for critical and quality-related plant equipment.
Perform instrumentation tasks such as, but not limited to, the change outs of field controllers, probes, automatic valves, and operators
~ Perform instrument calibrations for all field instruments, including but not, limited to flow meters, temperature probes, pH meters, density meters, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, and other field devices
~ Perform any necessary welding and fabrication functions
~ Perform proper assembly and rigging functions necessary to complete equipment repairs
Troubleshoot PLC systems. Troubleshoot low, medium, and high voltage electrical problems and identify proper repairs
Understanding and complying with all OSHA, state/provincial, and local codes. Participate in plant training and safety programs.
Use Company computerized maintenance management system (SAP) to record and access maintenance-related information.
Demonstrating safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
Acquiring new mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge as appropriate.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
~ Instrument Electrical Certification a plus
~ Prior instrument mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
~ Prior experience maintaining low, medium, and high voltage equipment
~ Prior experience of maintaining analog and digital control systems
~ Work weekends and holidays as the schedule requires and work overtime when requested
Demonstrated ability to work independently under limited supervision

Relocation Available:
Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
