Job description
Electronic Assembly TechnicianWe are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician with manufacturing experience to join our team. This role involves assembling electronic components, working with soldering equipment, and interpreting technical drawings to ensure high-quality production.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform electronic and board-level assemblySolder components using standard techniques (preferred)Assemble wire harnesses and other electronic partsRead and interpret technical drawings and work instructionsMaintain accuracy and quality in all assembly tasksFollow safety and production guidelinesQualificationsMinimum 6 months of manufacturing or electronic assembly experience requiredExperience with soldering, board assembly, or wire harnessing preferredStrong hand-eye coordination and attention to detailAbility to read and understand technical drawingsProficient English skills (must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively) Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome, but English proficiency is requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 10 lbsAbility to stand and sit for extended periodsScheduleMonday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMAdditional InformationCandidates with higher levels of experience may be considered for direct hire opportunitiesBenefits of Working with ExpressAccess to a variety of job opportunities and career pathways.Weekly Pay Options (Varies by assignment)Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Options401k Retirement Savings Account (Eligibility may vary)Dedicated Recruiter SupportOpportunities for long-term and direct hire placement
