Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail. Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred. Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial. Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Electronic Assembly Technician.Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
