This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Dismantle electronic devices and components using hand tools and power toolsSort materials into appropriate categories (metal, plastic, electronics, etc.)Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all timesMaintain a clean and organized work areaMeet daily production goals and quality standardsAssist with moving materials or pallets as neededReport any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisorsWork collaboratively with team members and support overall warehouse operationsQualifications:Previous warehouse, recycling, or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsComfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsReliable attendance and punctualityWillingness to work either morning or night shift as assignedBenefits:Weekly payOpportunity for overtimeSupportive team environmentRequirements:Must be able to submit to Criminal Background check and Drugscreen.Must be eligible to work in the United States.
