nThe Finance Internship Program at BAE Systems offers participants challenging work assignments as well as training and mentoring opportunities. Interns will have the ability to gain relevant work experience within finance and accounting functions focusing largely on supporting the Ft. Wayne operational finance team. In addition to the various work assignments, the program offers shadowing opportunities with other functional finance teams giving interns a deeper look into the greater BAE Systems finance organization.
nIn this position, you will participate in BAE Systems' nationwide LEAP Internship & Co-op Program, where you will Learn, Engage, Apply, and Progress within the company. The LEAP Program will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on impactful projects, engage in career development opportunities, and network with our business leaders and the other students in the program.
nRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
nnCollege junior with business related major (graduating May 2028)
nInterest in a career within Finance or Accounting
nAbility to work for the 10 week program during the summer in a hybrid work setup
nStrong work ethic and interpersonal skills
n nPay Information
nFull-Time Salary Range: $36593 - $49357
nPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
nTemporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
