Electronics Assembly Technician (1st Shift)Schneider Electric is seeking talented individuals with a strong work ethic to be part of our manufacturing team in Fairfield. We currently have opportunities for Electronics Assembly Technicians (1st shift) for our manufacturing department. Job responsibilities may include the strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing/production processes across a broad scope including some basic maintenance processes and continuous improvement. Join our production team as a Electronics Assembler and play a key role in delivering quality products. This hands-on position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence make a real difference.What will you do?Assemble components and products following detailed specifications and standardized processesInspect finished products to verify quality and ensure adherence to standardsWork closely with team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficient workflowsKeep your work area clean and organized while promptly reporting any equipment issuesWhat are the key skills we are looking for?Customer Orientation — intermediate level; ensuring product quality meets internal and external customer expectationsDrives for Results — intermediate level; meeting production targets while maintaining quality standardsDigital Literacy — developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production dataOperational Health and Safety Management — developing level; following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environmentProblem Solving — developing level; identifying and escalating production issues quicklyQuality Control & Inspection — developing level; inspecting products to ensure they meet specificationsAutomation Integration — foundational level; working alongside automated systems in the production processLean Methodology — foundational level; supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production floorWhat qualifications will make you successful?Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality workTeam player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentDependable and accountable — you take pride in your work and follow throughEager to learn and adapt to new processes and techniquesMust be able to speak, read, and understand English fluentlyBenefits of joining the Schneider Electric Team:Earn a minimum of $22 an hour!
