Multiple Openings Available $21/hour
Are you detail-oriented, good with your hands, and interested in learning specialized assembly skills? Our client is hiring Assembly Technicians to join their production team. On-site training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly, manufacturing, production, wiring, electronics, mechanical assembly, automotive, aviation, military, or other hands-on technical experience.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential for individuals who enjoy precision work and take pride in producing high-quality products.
Responsibilities
Gather parts, tools, materials, and subassemblies for production.
Build electronic and mechanical assemblies using engineering drawings and work instructions.
Read and interpret blueprints, wire lists, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and assembly documentation.
Assemble cables, harnesses, wiring, panels, chassis, and related components.
Test electronic components and completed assemblies.
Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and proper workmanship.
Use hand tools, crimpers, soldering equipment, and other assembly tools.
Follow IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 quality standards (training provided).

Preferred Experience
Electronics assembly (Required)

Wire harness assembly

Soldering
Manufacturing or production environments
Blueprint or schematic reading
Quality inspection
Aerospace, defense, aviation, automotive, or military technical work
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic math skills, including fractions, measurements, ratios, and proportions.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive assembly work for extended periods.
Must be able reliably commute to the Dripping Springs (78737) area.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident due to ITAR-related requirements.
