Assembler # At PRC-Saltillo has a mission to provide voices to children and adults who are unable to communicate effectively with their natural voices. We serve individuals with Autism, ALS, Cerebral Palsy, Aphasia and a variety of other conditions. Our products not only provide the ability to speak, but open opportunities for education, vocation and simply fuller participation in life.Available shifts: 1st shiftPay rate: $16.50 - $18.00 a hourJob description: The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing electronic assemblies. Troubleshooting of those assemblies is limited to visual inspection. The Assembler is required to assist with the servicing of devices which have been returned for repair. This position is also required to use the enterprise resource planning system in updating records for production.Temp-to-hire window: Able for permanent placement after 480 hoursRequirements:Assembles and tests control interfaces, and adapter cables.Assembles system accessories; i.e., wheelchair mounts.Assembles and visually inspects sub-assemblies before using.Mounts all parts and sub-assemblies into chassis.Completes all necessary wiring.Tests completed assemblies.Benefits: - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance through Spherion, available day 1. - Referral Bonus's - Scholarship Programs - Five days of Paid Time Off - National Staffing Week Gifts - Giveaways and Incentive Programs - Paid Weekly
