Job description
Northrop Grumman is seeking an Electronics Engineering Manager 1 to lead the LITENING Manufacturing Engineering team on-site in Rolling Meadows, IL. You will oversee the assembly, alignment, and test of the LITENING product line while coordinating with cross-functional groups and customers.
The role requires a bachelor’s (or master’s) STEM degree with manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
