Job description
Primary Purpose
Support the principal in directing assigned instructional programs, campus operations, and student services to promote student achievement and a positive school climate.
Qualifications
Master’s degree required
Texas principal or appropriate Texas administrative certification
AEL, ILT, or ILD certification preferred
Minimum three (3) years of classroom teaching experience
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and campus operations
Ability to evaluate instruction, manage personnel, and interpret data
Understanding of student support services and graduation pathways
Ability to implement policies and procedures
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
