Desired Qualifications:
Current LPN licensure in the state
Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged children, especially within elementary or Pre-K settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with families, teachers, and staff
Thorough understanding of common childhood illnesses, medication administration, and emergency care protocols
Admirable patience and empathy; able to support children with diverse needs
Comfortable and reliable traveling on the bus with the student to and from home
Primary Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the student's health during the bus ride and throughout the school day
Administer medications and provide basic first aid as needed
Keep detailed health records and communicate updates to parents and school staff
Implement individualized care plans and emergency responses as required
Support the student in daily routines and encourage positive engagement at school
