Leadership Opportunity! Elementary School Principal (Grades K-4)
East Farms Elementary School is seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as its next Principal. The successful candidate will build upon a tradition of academic excellence while leading a thriving school community where every student is known, challenged, and empowered to become a global citizen.
Qualifications
Hold or be eligible for Connecticut Intermediate Administrator Certification (092)
Demonstrate successful experience in educational leadership
Possess exceptional communication, collaboration, and human relations skills
Be committed to advancing student achievement and continuous improvement

Salary Range
Salary Range : $174,441 - $187,177 ; Additional $2,000 for Doctorate
