Elementary School Teacher
Baltimore Junior Academy is seeking a Christian, innovative, and compassionate teacher to join our team of dedicated educators serving grades K–2 for the school year. We are looking for someone who inspires a love of Jesus, learning, fosters a nurturing classroom environment, and embraces the use of technology to enhance instruction and student engagement.

The ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Use engaging, technology-integrated teaching practices to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with students, families, and administration.
Incorporate digital tools and interactive learning platforms to support creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Model kindness, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student learning and contribute to a vibrant school community.
Requirements:
Practicing member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
Achieved no less than a Bachelor's Degree
Local Fingerprint and Background Check clearance
Sterling Volunteers clearance
Qualifications:
Eligible for denominational teacher certificate
Prior teaching experience preferred
