Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually

About the Opportunity
Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist who loves working with elementary-aged students? We're looking for a friendly, collaborative, and motivated SLP to join a school-based team in North Saint Paul, MN! In this role, you'll help students build communication skills that support their academic success, social development, and confidence-while being part of a supportive community that values your expertise.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys making learning fun, celebrating student growth, and partnering closely with teachers and families.
What You'll Do
Provide speech and language evaluations for elementary students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging therapy environment
Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) SLP license or eligibility
Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
School-based experience preferred
Comfort supporting diverse, multilingual student populations
