Job description
Dry Goods, Inc. in Newark, Delaware is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who supports the store manager by motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service, and by helping customers craft their personal style with strong product knowledge.
You will develop relationships to grow the store business, coach team members, and ensure service excellence while maintaining a clean, exciting store environment. Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.
