Job description
Edgewood Properties, Inc. seeks an Elevator Maintenance Manager to lead the elevator maintenance department across its residential portfolio in New Jersey.
You will supervise technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure uptime and code compliance across multiple properties. The role requires 5+ years in elevator maintenance, 2+ years in supervision, knowledge of ASME A17.1 and related codes, and willingness to travel between NJ properties.
