Job description
Elevator Worker - Ubly, MIThe Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including product handling, inventory control, and shipping activities. This role involves loading and unloading materials, maintaining accurate inventory records. The position requires adherence to strict safety and quality standards while operating equipment and performing physical tasks. Employees must be detail-oriented and capable of completing accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound products. This role also supports housekeeping, maintenance, and overall plant efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload inbound and outbound shipments, including bulk truck and railMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory auditsComplete detailed shipping reports, including weights, lot tracking, and gradingOperate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safelyPerform equipment cleaning, plant housekeeping, and debris removalAssist with preventative maintenance and follow production schedulesParticipate in safety programs, meetings, and quality assurance initiativesJob RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor including bending, kneeling, and climbingExperience operating forklifts or similar industrial equipment preferredFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to work in dusty environments and wear a respirator as requiredComfortable working at heights and in confined spacesStrong attention to detail and ability to complete accurate documentationMaintenance experience is requiredADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
