Our Elite Care Specialists deliver dignified, relationship-driven, concierge-level service and set the standard for excellence in every client home.We are hiring exceptional caregivers for flexible scheduling opportunities with premium expectations.Service AreaThis position is based in Green Hills, TN, with care primarily provided in this area and nearby communities.Shifts AvailableWe currently offer 4-hour shifts with flexible scheduling:8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Monday - FridaySchedule Flexibility (NEW)We understand that flexibility matters.During the application process, you will have the opportunity to select:The days of the week you are availableYour preferred shift(s) (day shift, night shift, or both)We work to align your availability with client needs while maintaining consistency and reliability.Role OptionsElite Care SpecialistProvide high-quality, client-focused in-home care while building meaningful relationships and supporting clients with dignity and professionalism.White Glove Welcome Team (Float Opportunity)Support new client starts, care transitions, and team development.
