Job description
Serco Inc. is hiring a Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCC) to support the Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program at Fort Benning, GA. The role serves as the brigade Lead SCC and advisor to the Brigade Program Director on physical performance optimization.
The candidate will develop periodized strength programs, coordinate with the Government, mentor staff, and report progress monthly to the BDE PD. Travel up to 10% may be required.
