Job description
Elite Manufacturing and Professional Services are now hiring for Pallet Builders. We are recruiting talent in the Church Hill/Kingsport area. Must have previous experience with hand tools, measurements, time management, and building.
We offer hourly and bonus pay.
Take broken pallets and repair them to the best possible grade according to specifications using nail gun, hammer, and crowbar
Place on conveyor
Maintain quality of pallets being repaired
Building new pallets
Cutting new lumbar
Slide repaired pallet onto conveyor line leading to automatic stackers
Maintain minimum established quota daily so that bonus dollars can be achieved
Clean up work area throughout the workday and at the end of each shift; keep a clean work area to maintain job safety
Perform conveyor line cleanup with team member on assigned day in accordance with rotation schedule set by Operations Manager
Always maintain personal and equipment safety
Report equipment problems to Maintenance Dept. or Operations Manager as promptly as possible
