Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service in a timely manner.
Maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and accuracy.
Organize and display merchandise for ease of loading prior to travel.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shop operation.
Some travel is required Monday through Friday when shop position slows down
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in basic math and computer skills for processing transactions and maintaining records.
