Cook Out is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant with hands-on leadership, driving elite customer service and efficient operations. You will mentor a large team and uphold brand standards while pursuing profitability and growth.
The package includes a base salary of $75,000–$100,000, appreciation pay of $15 per hour, and monthly performance bonuses, with holidays and meals provided. Opportunities for rapid advancement exist based on performance.
