Join us in making safety and service a priority.Job DetailsResponsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, visitors and staff.Perform site-specific duties, including customer service, lobby and visitor reception, and other assigned tasks.Conduct routine security patrols (rover duties) of the property, monitoring for any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.Monitor and identify security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and emergency situations, reporting them as required.Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to security protocols and company policies.Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and security teams to maintain smooth daily operations.Assist with access control, visitor management, and other security-related responsibilities.Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.Document and report all security incidents, maintenance issues, and observations from patrols.Minimum Qualifications:Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. P4 does not offer employment visa sponsorship for this position.
