Carlock Automotive Group is seeking an elite Service Director for Carlock Toyota of Columbus, stepping into a remodeled 70,000-square-foot facility with 34+ working bays.
You will own fixed ops, drive absorption, recruit top technicians, ensure CSI, and partner with sales and parts to maximize warranty and customer-pay. Compensation ranges from $225K–$300K for a top performer, with family-owned stability across five states.
