Job description
Zoom is seeking a Technical Account Engineer for the Elite customer team. You will act as the primary technical expert and escalation point for Zoom's voice, video, and UC challenges, partnering with engineering, Client Services, TAM, and Sales to diagnose issues from first report through resolution.
This role blends deep technical depth with customer impact, offering opportunities to build expertise across Zoom's UC/CC ecosystem while keeping our most critical customers running.
