Job description
Zoom is seeking a Technical Account Engineer for the Elite customer team in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will serve as the primary technical expert for our most complex voice, video, and UC challenges, partnering with engineering, Client Services, TAC, and Sales to diagnose issues from first report through resolution.
You will own end-to-end support, troubleshoot using log analysis, packet captures, and SIP traces, and maintain deep knowledge of Zoom's UC/CC ecosystem to guide
