Job description
The Allen Institute seeks a Scientist I in Image Processing and Scientific Computing to lead EM image processing and analysis of large-scale datasets. You will oversee 2D stitching and 3D alignment pipelines and collaborate with anatomists and modelers to interpret cell-type relationships and modalities.
Required: PhD in Neuroscience/CS/Applied Math/Engineering, strong image processing background, and software engineering practices.
