Job description
Embedded Banking Support AnalystInsight Global is looking for an Embedded Banking Support Analyst to support a rapidly growing FinTech program within a banking environment. This individual will work closely with a cross-functional fintech team responsible for identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and supporting new fintech partners. The analyst will serve as the liaison between the fintech business team and IT, helping evaluate prospective fintech clients from a technology and application support perspective. They will assess whether existing banking infrastructure, systems, and applications can support new partner requirements and help define the operational support model moving forward. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting banking applications, coordinating technical onboarding activities, documenting support processes, facilitating discussions with stakeholders, tracking project timelines, leading technical workstreams, and helping develop long-term support strategies and playbooks for fintech partners. This person will regularly communicate with business leaders, product teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of fintech initiatives.
