The AlpInvest Embedded Data Scientist role at The Carlyle Group is a unique opportunity to blend data science with investment strategies. What You’ll Do
Work closely with investment teams to support live investment opportunities.
Translate investment questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
Develop and enhance proprietary scoring methodologies for private equity managers.
Build scalable analytical products to improve investment decision-making.
Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize analytical capabilities.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
8+ years of relevant technical experience.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling.
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with investment performance metrics and portfolio analytics.
