Job description
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Annapolis, MD seeks a Manager of Software Engineering 2 to lead a 10–12 person embedded software group focused on SONAR system software and new business opportunities. This dual role combines people leadership with project/technical contributions in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines, from R&D to production support, while advancing the technology roadmap.
