Job description
insightsoftware seeks an experienced EMEA Benefits and Absences Senior Analyst to join our HR team. Based in Poland, you will lead benefits implementation and absence management across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with exposure to compensation practices.
Role split is 80% Benefits/Absences and 20% Compensation. You will be a key technical resource for benefits schemes, policies, and absence administration, reporting to the EMEA HR Director and Global Compensation & Benefits leader.
