nThe National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Emerald Club Specialist. The Emerald Club Specialist will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.
nThis temporary (90-day) position located at 600 Rental Blvd. in Kenner, LA (New Orleans International Airport).

nThe starting rate of pay for this position is $16.00 per hour , based on a 40-hour workweek. Employees receive a $2.00 per hour shift differential for weekend shifts , resulting in:
nnn$16.00/hour for Monday-Friday
n
nn$ 18.00 /hour for Saturday and Sunday
n
n nResponsibilities
nWe are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
nnnWork proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply
n
nnWelcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot
n
nnDirect customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable
n
nnAssist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits
n
nnCommunicate customer service issues to management
n
nnEnsure that hangtag information is completed correctly
n
nnMaintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements
n
nnMaintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness
n
nnThank member for their business
n
nnProvide upgraded vehicles on request
n
nnPerform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers
n

nQualifications
nnnMust be at least 18 years of age.
n
nnMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
n
nnMust have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years. No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
n
nnHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
n
nnMust have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
n
nnMust be able to work the required schedule
n
nn12:30pm - 9:00pm Sunday and Monday; 3:30pm - 12:00am Thursday - Saturday

nnOFF Tuesday and Wednesday
